Wade Erickson has lived in the Prescott area since 1973. He has worked in many phases of residential and commercial construction for over 30 years holding positions such as superintendent and project manager. Wade is licensed by the state and certified with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).

Kenny Comstock, a certified home inspector (AZ Lic # 78067), is a graduate of Bradshaw Mountain High School and served six years active duty in the United States Air Force. He currently serves in the reserves. He lives with his wife and daughter in Prescott Valley.
